- Brush morning and night
- Use a fluoride based toothpaste
- Concentrate on cleaning all tooth surfaces

Brushing your teeth cannot effectively clean in between the teeth, therefore it is important to use dental floss twice a day after brushing.
If you are finding using floss difficult you may also use other dental products such as piksters of interproximal brushes.
